August 18th came and left --and I must say I'm excited to be another year older. I'm thankful for all the birthday wishes and wish peace, blessings, and God continued favor in return.

How well do you believe in the power of the mind? Where do you want to be in the future?
What actions are you taking?

At twenty-three
My mind, my thoughts and my behaviors are in my control
I am aware of my obsessive thoughts
I am completely tuned-in to the opportunities that surround me
I am unique and the world can benefit
I choose to go about my day with a focused mind and intentional actions.
I attract strong and authentic relationships
I am worthy of the love I ask for
I appreciate change
I release all fears of mistakes and failures
I carry strength and resilience within me
I am also allowed to be vulnerable with those I trust
I am becoming more and more efficient with my time
I am disciplined
I move purposefully everyday in the direction of my goals
I am appreciative of all that I have
Within and without, I feel balanced and healthy
Love, hope, and faith spring from every cell of my body
I will keep writing no matter what
My creativity is boundless
Negativity is belongs no where near me
I'm slowly but surely becoming the person I was meant to be
I am enough

I cannot be separated from the love of God... Romans 8:31-39
